From the moment I walked in, Emily at the front desk made me feel completely at ease. She handled my check-in and check-out smoothly and professionally, but what truly stood out was a moment of genuine kindness I witnessed. An elderly woman came in clearly confused and lost, and Emily stepped right up with patience and warmth to help her get her bearings. It was a small thing, but it said everything about the kind of person she is. My hygienist, Kortney, was absolutely outstanding. She was thorough, professional, and had such a caring, gentle manner throughout the entire appointment. She took the time to explain what she was doing and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. It’s rare to find a dental office where the entire team genuinely seems to care; not just about your teeth, but about you as a person. Highly recommend!
